Studying the book of the Al Ahkam al Kubra by Abdul Haq Al-Ishbili Methodology Study

Abstract

I have mentioned in this research a general introduction to the books written in hadiths of rulings, which is a well-known type of hadith, and scholars have sought to collect it and write it in the recent and past times. While highlighting the efforts of scholars in authoring this type of hadith, Then I studied a model for one of the most famous hadith books of Ahkaam, which is (Al-Ahkaam Al-Kubra) by Abu Muhammad Abdul-Haq Al-Ishbili. In the study of the book I dealt with a brief Introduction of its author, and then I proceeded to study his book in detail, highlighting the name of the book, its subject, and the reason for its authorship, and the author’s approach to it, with reference to the attention of scholars to it, then discussing the notes taken on the book, and the research concluded by mentioning the most prominent results of the research and recommendations.
